First DBE PhD-Day

The first DBE PhD Networking Event is set to take place on March 19th 2021 with the goal of bringing together researchers, students, and leaders of the department in an informal atmosphere to make new contacts and discover what expertise can be found within the department. Given the ongoing Covid-19 situation, the entire event is currently planned to take place virtually.
For this first edition, the focus will lie on research groups situated outside of the main DBE campus in Allschwil – you will have the opportunity to get to know them through virtual lab tours and interactive Q&A sessions. Additionally, some of the Master Theses currently being carried out at the DBE will be presented in virtual poster sessions.
In the second part of this event, open only to PhD and master students of the DBE, the intensive discussions on cutting-edge biomedical research of the first part shall be complemented with a not-so-sciency online group activity.
